Keep midday hunger pangs at bay with this delicious and healthy parfait made with yogurt, berries, granola and gluten-free Sejoyia Coco-Roons cookies.
You will need:
  • Greek yogurt - 1 cup
  • Strawberries - 1-2, sliced
  • Blueberries - 8-10
  • Granola - ¼ cup
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Sejoyia Coco-Roons cookies - 2
  • Toasted coconut flakes - for garnish, optional
  • Fresh mint leaves - for garnish, optional
How to:
  1. Layer yogurt, berries and granola in a glass or bowl. Drizzle honey on top.
  2. Add coco-roon cookie slices on top. Garnish with mint leaves and toasted coconut if desired. Enjoy!
Notes:
1. Replace berries with other seasonal fruit of choice.
