Enjoy creamy iced tea swirled with almond milk in this vegan version of the famed Thai iced tea.
You will need:
Sweetened Milo's Tea - 3 cup
Unsweetened almond milk - 2 cups
Rosemary sprigs - 2, for garnish
How to:
Fill up an ice cube tray with sweet tea and freeze until solid.
Fill 2 tall glasses with ice cubes. Fill glass halfway with sweet tea and top up with almond milk. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve immediately.
Notes:
1. The prep time given here doesn't reflect time for freezing iced tea. You can use regular ice instead. 2. This recipe is easily scaled up to feed a large crowd.
