Get your daily dose of vitamins with this colorful, healthy and delicious carrot-strawberry-orange smoothie.
You will need:
Carrots - 4, medium-sized
Strawberries - 1 cup, chopped
Oranges - 2, juiced
Water - 3 cups, cold
How to:
Peel and roughly chop the carrots. Blend along with strawberries and orange juice, adding enough water to make a thick but drinkable consistency. Serve chilled.
Notes:
1. If you like, you can use coconut water instead of plain water. 2. If you like, your an also add honey to taste. I didn't have to add any as the carrots and fruits were sweet enough.
