Make this creamy avocado, lemon and mint smoothie for a delicious and healthy beverage that can be a quick breakfast or keep you full until your next meal.
You will need:
  • Avocado - 2, medium
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves - 6-7
  • Milk - 2 cups, cold
  • Honey - 2 tbsp (or as needed)
How to:
  1. Remove the avocado flesh and add it to the blender jar. Blend with all the other ingredients. Taste and add more milk or honey if needed. Serve immediately in glasses.
Notes:
1. Use dairy milk or plant-based milks like almond, soy or cashew milks in this recipe.
