Crisp baked puff pastry samosa filled with a delicious chicken noodle filling is an easy appetizer and party food for the Holidays.

BAKED PUFF PASTRY CHICKEN NOODLE SAMOSA - HAPPY&HARRIED Samosa is my favorite tea time snack from childhood. Thin pastry pockets are filled with spiced filling (usually potatoes or some kind of minced meat) and fried till crisp and golden. I rarely make deep-fried samosa now. Fortunately, baking works quite well for samosa.

BAKED PUFF PASTRY CHICKEN NOODLE SAMOSA - HAPPY&HARRIED Ever since I discovered the line of Ling Ling entrees and appetizers from Walmart, I make sure to have a packet or two in my freezer for quick meals.

BAKED PUFF PASTRY CHICKEN NOODLE SAMOSA - HAPPY&HARRIED After trying their fried rice and Asian dumplings, our latest favorite are the Ling Ling Asian Noodles. Their Infusion Method of Cooking means that the noodles are perfectly al-dente and tossed with tender-crisp vegetables and delicious chicken bites.

BAKED PUFF PASTRY CHICKEN NOODLE SAMOSA - HAPPY&HARRIED The Asian noodles are great as a meal on its own, but I was simply blown away after making them into chicken noodle samosa one day. I used puff pastry as the outer covering and they baked perfectly crisp in the oven. In under half an hour, we had a hot, delicious treat to munch on.

BAKED PUFF PASTRY CHICKEN NOODLE SAMOSA - HAPPY&HARRIED Paired with spicy ketchup or a traditional Indian mint chutney, these crispy chicken noodle samosa are the perfect tea time snack or party food.

BAKED PUFF PASTRY CHICKEN NOODLE SAMOSA - HAPPY&HARRIED I didn’t tell the family what the stuffing was when I served it. They absolutely loved the noodle surprise inside. It’s so much fun! Here’s how to make Baked Noodle Samosa.

I love samosas and I love Asian-style noodles, so this looks right up my alley! What a wonderful (and irresistible) fusion-style recipe! I’m glad to know that baking samosas is an option, as well as frying.
